Founder & CEO
Manyang Ayoor Buot Kuur is the founder of Lambda Consulting Ltd. He holds a Master of Science in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from KCA University in Kenya, a Master of Arts in Economic Development and Policy Analysis from the University of Juba, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). Mr. Manyang has served as Finance Manager at both the National Insurance Corporation (South Sudan) Ltd and the Church and Development Organization.

Senior Consultant, ICT
Mr. Richard Ring Kuach is a distinguished professional specializing in AI robotics, electronics, network infrastructure, and telecommunications, with a notable commitment to STEM education and technological development across Sub-Saharan Africa. Recognized as the Outstanding Staff of 2022, he has played a pivotal role in expanding STEM projects and establishing centers throughout the region. Holding a BSc in Computer Engineering and an MSc in Electronic Information and Communication Engineering, he has served as a director of STEM center, a lecturer at the University of Juba, co-founder & technical mentor for South Sudan Robotics Club, fostering innovation and technical skills among young professionals.

Senior Consultant, Public Finance
Resourceful economist and public policy analyst with over 30 years of experience. Major strengths include development planning, strategic planning, public sector budgeting, policy designing and implementation at national and devolved government systems. Recognized for ability to effectively implement donor funded projects and decentralized programmes with strong skills in public financial management.
